Job Description
  • Deliver training and lectures on business manners and service manners
  • Monitor service situations in the field
  • Provide feedback and instruction based on observations
  • Develop learning programs
  • Accompany sales staff and explain training courses

Requirements
  • Experience working for an airline company and/or experience in manner training

* Basic instructor-training lessons will be provided before actually teaching
* We do not permit our trainers to teach for other companies or institutions as manner trainers

Job Conditions
  • Teaching and other fees will be paid according to Caplan (Thailand) Co., Ltd. regulations

*Please note that we cannot guarantee a fixed number of lessons or minimum monthly wages

  • Business experience
  • Language: Thai (native level) or English (native level)
  • Specialized knowledge of training contents
